Eighteen three-story walk-up residential buildings were designed in a modern arts and crafts style. Each residential building contains 24 units.
The fully-appointed 6,300 square foot clubhouse includes: a 24-hour health club, cyber café, clubroom, fireside lounge and summer kitchen grilling area. The clubhouse has an "Award Winning" beach-style resort swimming pool and spa.
