Polo Glen was having cost over-runs until Cedarwood became involved. By understanding the issues with construction, architectural and management, the Cedarwood team focused on the important aspects to streamline the project. The building construction was simplified, providing consistent building types and detailing. The project was put on hold and may start construction within the next few years.

The Project Site is 45.75 Acre parcel located on Orange Blossom Trail (US 441 & SR 500) in Orange County, Florida. The project includes the construction of 408 apartment dwelling units configured into eighteen three story buildings. Additionally, the project will include a clubhouse, swimming pool, a tennis court, a mail kiosk, garages, maintenance building, compactor and various ancillary structures.
